This garment is also from the china drama << The Empress of China >> .  The garment was worn when she was officially announced that she became the Empress , and rule the world . The main colors that used to create this look is red and gold . Focus on the head ornaments: Colored coin. The colored coin pastes with the rubber on forehead the small decorations.
